Inkling Ranks #105 on the Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Companies

A few weeks ago, we received the exciting news that Inc Magazine had included us on the 2014  Inc. 500 list at spot 105. Every year, Inc’s September issue is dedicated to showcasing America’s fastest growing private companies. We are honored to be included alongside so many other innovative businesses.

It wasn’t just our overall ranking. Inkling was also recognized as being

• the third fastest growing company in San Francisco;
• the eighth fastest growing company in the software category; and
• the 18th fastest growing business in California.

We’re pretty happy with those, too!

It’s Not (Just) About Inkling

The Inc. 500 is focused on companies that innovate and excel, but it’s not a subjective list. On the contrary, the Inc. 500 is about one thing: revenue growth. So while we celebrate our recognition (and it has been quite a year in this category), it’s not entirely about Inkling. We couldn’t have achieved this without our customers, especially those who chose to place an early bet on our technology and team.

We’re about to celebrate our fifth birthday, and the last three years have been especially good. Our revenue grew 3,443% between 2010 and 2013, and 2014 is going to blow our previous records out of the water. We work with companies in many industries and of many sizes. Our success is possible only because our customers are willing to be entrepreneurs with us. Together, we have invested in new technologies that completely change the way content is created and consumed in the digital age.
