Where are you from?

Orange, California

Why did you join Inkling?

I wanted to surround myself with the smartest, highest-achieving people I possibly could, and felt that I would improve just by being on the Inkling team.

What do you do?

I’m responsible for finding great people, helping them through our interview process, and encouraging them to say “Yes” to our offer

What has been your proudest moment at Inkling?

We have “All Brains” meetings every other week where the entire company meets to talk about strategy or big projects and show off new Habitat features. Another important part of these meetings is employee introductions, where each new hire introduces themselves to the company by sharing a little bit of their background and what makes them tick. Every time these introductions happen, I feel so proud to have helped bring these smart, talented, quirky people onto the Inkling team!

What do you do in your spare time?

When I’m not working, I’m usually running! I’ve completed two marathons and am about to run a third in Chicago. I love having a challenging goal, the discipline it requires and the sense of accomplishment that comes with crossing the finish line

The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein

What do you love about working at Inkling?

I like that things move quickly. The results of my work are quick to make an impact, and I work closely with great leaders to build out a team that does awesome work.
