Supernova Awards: Cast your vote for McDonald’s today!
Every year, Constellation Research recognizes leaders and teams who have overcome the odds to successfully apply emerging and disruptive technologies for their organizations with the Supernova Awards.
This year, we are thrilled to congratulate our customer and champion, Jack Sylvester, Director of Learning Technologies at McDonald’s, who has been selected as a finalist for this year’s Constellation Research Supernova Awards in the Future of Work: Human Capital Management category. This category recognizes technologies that enable organizations to utilize the workforce as a competitive asset.
With 37,000 locations across 100+ countries, brand consistency and excellent customer service is the hallmark of the McDonald’s experience. To ensure all locations use up-to-date training, adhere to brand standards, engage and retain employees, and provide consistent customer service, the organization adopted Inkling. With a mobile, shoulder-to-shoulder training system, onboarding time has decreased by 10 hours leading to an estimated $30 million in labor savings per year.
Help Jack and McDonald’s across the finish line by voting on these impressive results that are changing the lives of McDonald’s team members around the world.
In addition to a panel of judges, the community is also invited to vote for this year’s finalists. The community vote accounts for 30% of the final decision. Voting is open from now until September 28, and it could not be easier.
